This Cookie Policy explains how QasaLiving, operated by MessageSpring Co., Ltd. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies across the QasaLiving web application, mobile application, and associated digital services (collectively, the "Platform").

This Policy is established in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA), the Electronic Transactions Act B.E. 2544, and, where applicable to EU-based users, the GDPR and ePrivacy Directive.

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small data files placed on your device when you access the Platform. They enable the Platform to recognise returning users, maintain session integrity, personalise your experience, and collect analytical data to improve Platform performance.

Strictly Necessary Cookies

Essential for Platform functionality including authentication, session management, and security protocols. These cookies cannot be disabled without impairing your access to the Platform.

Performance & Analytics Cookies

Collect anonymised data on how Users interact with the Platform to enable continuous product improvement and performance monitoring.

Functional Cookies

Store your preferences including language selection across the Platform's 140+ supported languages, notification settings, and accessibility configurations.

AI Personalisation Cookies

Enable the Platform's AI engine to learn your interaction patterns and improve automated response accuracy and complaint routing efficiency over time. All AI personalisation data is anonymised and processed in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001:2022 security standards.

3. Third-Party Cookies & Cross-Border Transfers

The Platform integrates third-party services — including payment gateways, mapping services, push notification infrastructure, and analytics providers — which may deploy their own cookies subject to their respective privacy policies.

The Company does not sell cookie data to third parties and does not permit third-party advertisers to deploy cookies on the Platform without explicit User consent.

Where third-party cookie data is transferred outside the Kingdom of Thailand, such transfers are conducted in accordance with Section 28 of the PDPA. Where data is transferred to EU-based processors, GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) apply as an appropriate safeguard.

The Company maintains a current register of all third-party cookie operators deployed on the Platform, available upon request at hello@qasaliving.com. All third-party integrations are audited annually in accordance with ISO/IEC 27701:2019 privacy management certification obligations.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request full disclosure of cookie data collected in connection with your account. Requests must be submitted to hello@qasaliving.com and will be fulfilled within 30 calendar days under PDPA data subject rights provisions.

Any material changes to this Cookie Policy will be communicated via in-Platform notification and email, with a minimum notice period of 30 days prior to the effective date.

For complaints relating to our cookie or data processing practices, you may contact the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand or, where applicable, the relevant EU supervisory authority in your jurisdiction.
